you may well be right just seen this

The Galaxy S and its derivatives (e.g. Captivate, Vibrant) and Nexus S all use SGX540s. But I agree, we need moar power elsewhere.
 
Why oh why do they bother upping the megapixel count so much? The lenses aren't sharp enough for it to make a blind bit of difference!
 
Yeah it was up this morning. Dammit.... if only this was a 4'' phone and I'd be all over it like a rash. 4.3'' is too big for me. But I'm sure there'll be a Desire/Incredible refresh along in the next 6 months.... they'd be mad not to.
 
i cant stand HTC's 'design'

well actually the alu phones are nice and so was the HD2 but these patchwork back things of late are ewwww

You could be right there. Smaller battery, no radio, VGA second camara. 1GB and only 768 MB and HSDPA runs at only 14.4Mbps and its heavier too.

I quite like the design actually. The relatively low battery capacity does concern me slightly, I wonder how long it will last on average.
