so how many years would you have to work to earn 1million? and with your spare money each month how long would it actually take you to save up 1million in the bank?

i honestly dont see how people can claim a million isnt a lot of money these days

Because a million is not the life changer it once was.

Money is useful yes but the offer does not compute for me in this context. Money for the sake of money really has little value.

Now lets say your partner / you / kids were dying and needed £1m for an operation to save their life and this was an easy way to get the money, then this proposal would, possibly, maybe have a different slant.
