***SPOILERS*** Football 16-21 Apr 2010/2011

Or we get fed up of people only coming in here to give their views against United but never discuss their own team.

I couldn't even tell you who you or Rich support as I have never seen you post anything but anti United drivel, in fact, weren't you banned for it?

he only got banned as the mods are obviously in on that big old circlejerk ;)

what does SAF mean by this "We're in a better position than Saturday, because we've played one game fewer"

utd pld 33 arsenal 32 or am i missng somethnig

He is putting pressure on Arsenal and the other under pressure. Essentially we are still top with one game less to go

I was banned for using a slang term for Manchester United, which I now type in bold to make sure I'm not showing disrespect to Manchester United. What happened was that I got worked up with the Chelsea/Manchester United game, and as a result for not agreeing with the overwhelming majority of Manchester United fans, got repeatedly called delusional and mocked, which were basically personal attacks (which are against the rules), I may have responded in kind, which was a mistake, and I got a nice holiday for it.

tl;dr: Participated in fired up Football debate, got banned for not supporting Manchester United.

Oh well.

So you don't think the Mods can differentiate between you being pedantic and you trolling?

after tonigh i think chelsea and arsenal are still i nthe race

I still think that Manchester United are likely to win it, it would take some exceptional failure on Manchester United's part to let this lead slip.

So you don't think the Mods can differentiate between you being pedantic and you trolling?

Depends on your definition of trolling really, which seems to vary between being intentionally inflammatory for the sole purpose of getting a negative/inflammatory response, to disagreeing with the general consensus.

I have no more to say on what happened, as it would most likely result in another holiday.

Water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned, if people want to bring it up, that's fine, but I shall not be dignifying their attempts to, well, troll!

Didn't even touch him, son! You need to watch replays before you post.

I'll take a point against any of the 'top four', especially Manu.

Come off it, the contact was minimal but there was a leg stuck out, even a Newcastle fan can't deny that surely.

No you got banned for breaking the rules, derogatory terms for clubs like that being one of them, perhaps if you read them before posting you'd have more luck :)

I saw people using derogatory terms for Chelsea, and figured it wasn't taboo to do the same. That's fine, I've read the FS rules now, to be honest I wasn't aware that there was a particular set of rules for this part of the forums. (I tend to click right through to the thread as it's usually the active one on match days)

WOW YOU'RE SO COOL !!!!!!

Thanks.

I beg of you to watch the replay again. Please! Are you suggesting that if any contact is made then a player has the right to go down? (Despite the fact there wasn't ANY contact) Sure, maybe the yellow card was harsh as I don't think Hernadez was looking for a penalty, more like he pussied out of a challenge.

If you think that should have been given then so should have the foul on Lovenkrands, which would have made it 1-1. Draw's a fair result. End.
