New LAN Event in Yorkshire

Hi all,

I am here to tell you about a new LAN event that will be throwing it's first event on May 14th.
We are taking booking's for the event, the website is up and taking registrations now.
Please register so we can keep you updated on the up coming event at www.ygnuk.com
We have also set-up a BFBC2 Server if anyone plays the details are on the site.

We have 9 confirmed booking, but to make this a success we need your help.

whats price and things?
also i cant find if this is a full weekend event or just a day avent,
just trying to find some answers for some little questions,
i.e travel lodge near by?
sleeping arangements (if a weekend event)
monitors provided?
Price?
games?

this might be all on your website just cant find it
 
The price of this event is £15 pre booking or £20 on the door.
As this is our first event it is just a 1 day event from 9:30am though till 11:30pm
People whom attend will have to bring their own equipment.
Although people will need to have headphones.

The games in the main Tournament's are: Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Call of Duty 4, Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 (Team based)

Players are free to play any games they want & register their wins & winning streaks (Proof will be needed) Their will be a prize for whom is the best free player.

Their will be Console their for fun games.

Size is dependant on how many people register as if required we can easily double our capacity. We are aiming for a capacity of 30 people.
 
If you search on these forums, there are lots of threads about LANs, i think some other members and I have actually put people off running events because they don't know what they are in for. There is some advice in those threads that i suggest you read for set-up.

I'll contact our Tournament Organizer and tell him that the players would like this.

After all our playing the games that the players want to play is certainly at the top of our Agenda.
 
Have had a chat with the other members of the management team. We are open to running any game's servers and we will be running a Counter Strike Source server.
