Sounds like the old boys club did him a favour. As these solicitors, barristers, judges etc know each other. Barristers can be part time judges so it's all a bit of a game to them.

Except that this guy wasnt jailed for just trolling, and the other one wasnt jailed for just burning a work of fiction (he stole it and had lots of previous charges as well).

I'm not sure about you, but I troll quite a lot but I would never think of trolling dead people with sexual images.....
