Can we have a sub-forum for religious discussion please?

Serious question.......

If the sub forum was added what would it be called?

No trolling this guys or Holidays will be handed out.

Religous debate.
Religion
Or "Say your prayers" :p

Although I'm seeing other members bring up areas beside religion such as philosophy; so now I'm confused by the thread title and what is going on.

I tend to believe in keeping it simple. Religion in GD just causes to many arguments and trolling - a section just for religion would suffice. Philosophy is fine in SC or GD IMO.

I certainly agree in one respect, however as Castiel said the two are often necessarily and inextricably linked. Religion is a form of philosophy in itself, and some 'religious'/spiritual thought systems aren't actually formal religions - just philosophies. You're thinking of Western Philosophy rather than just 'philosophy'. :)

How about The Round Table? It indicates all are equal, it's a discussion, there's no bias, and the description can make clear what it's for? Merlin was integral to Camelot so it has a kind of cosmic order to it. :D

Why pussy foot around what the forum is though? Everything in the life forums is as it says on the tin.

If Round Table's no good, how about The Council Chamber? Throughout history various religious meetings held for purpose of debate and clarifying matters of canon were called Councils (eg Nicea).

I wasn't thinking of any specific type of philosophy to be honest.

But this is a subject I have no real interest in discussing (religion), hence why I didn't read the entire thread.

I notice religion being a common problem in GD, not philosophy. I'm happy to point out my own beliefs philosophically, but the second it is associated with religion I'm not willing to participate - as people have such bizzare (diverse to put a better spin on it) opinions.
