What do you actually expect to see in the aftermath of something like this? Have you been on one of these operations before? Do you know from what direction the bullets/bombs were flying? Do you know what kind of ammunition/ordnance they were using? Have you seen the effects of all these weapons first hand? Do you know where the people were all standing when it happened? Do you know what kind of person Bin Laden was? Do you know for a fact that he would not live in a relative manky house?

It's very bizarre behaviour to be squealing "COVER UP" after only a couple of days when we are ALL furnished with the smallest amount of information.

I love it when keyboard warriors regail us with their in-depth knowledge of Special Forces operations when most if not all of what they know seems to come from playing COD Black Ops or watching GI Jane on VHS.
 
This thread was very confusing as I thought Bulldog was having a schizophrenic episode when I read it back, but I have just realised that there are actually 2 Bulldogs; one appears to be an illiterate mentalist and the other seems to be a rational, normally functioning member of society.

Still seems strange... The Americans (and those grieving for lost ones) celebrating the fact that one man is dead.

Revenge is a never ending cycle. Believe it or not there will be people out there grieving. The grieving will soon turn to anger and before you know it Bin Laden's deciples will be seeking vengeance.

I predict things will get worse.

I see reaction like this and think "What the hell are these people on?". Bin Laden wasnt some lone wolf. He had/has many followers. To even suggest that this is all over is stupid!
