makes me wonder why they shot him if he was unarmed according to latest reports. were they worried that their charges would not hold up in a court of law?

don't get me wrong i think killing civilians for any cause is lame and doesn't really work imo. Ghandi, MLK and Mandela were much more successfull in achieving their aims peacefully - palestinians take heed!!!

that said i really think this War on Terror is a load of BS. we have
- given up freedom (flying nowdays sucks, terrorism laws foresaking basic civil liberties etc...)
- involved in pointless wars/invasions with countless civilains killed,
- paid billions to the army which could have been spent on more usefull things
- closed our eyes on torture for the sake of interrogations
- guantanamo holding people for years without any charges and no trial in sight.

at the end of the day how many terrorist have been sentenced as a result of trials in all this ? less than a dozen perhaps?

is it all worth it?

Who cares it's a military prison and falls outside normal realms and really isn't a good argument for your original statement of there should be eye witnesses.

The point is you are making statements which make no sense at all. Like why no eye witnesses. It lacks any logical thought or reason.

it was called "Bin Laden Dead: Video animation of terrorist leader's final moments"
you can probably find it elsewhere via google maybe the news network in taiwan that made it are trying to pull it from everywhere as it was pretty disrespectful of a man a lot of terrorists admired and they fear becoming a target or some bs
