Nani is more like 4k! ;)

I bought Fabregas last night, but I'm not really feeling him. Should give him a couple more games really, but might see if I can get profit first.

He's not really that good in Fifa, it's the same with Xavi, they're both good at free kicks and passing but their real life attributes aren't that much help in the game when there are players who can be bought at a fraction of the price who can be just as, if not more effective. Kinda like in my Serie A team, I bought Sneijder and ended up selling him because with Menez and Lavezzi in midfield he was just never getting a game. Whenever I played him he was so slow compared to the other two and they can both pass and shoot as well so he didn't really have much of a place in my team.

It's probably the same in the EPL, Nasri, Modric, Arteta, all good and cheap and will probably outperform Fabregas in most teams.
 
Argh, I wanna buy someone new but can't until I sell Fabregas. Anyone want him off me? 36k, 4-4-1-1, CM, 20 contracts.

he has been in form all season, and they need an IF bayern version anyway, amazing CDM, hes in my top 3 of cambiassio, diarra and him.

84 rated in a poor league, would suggest a low price, i would think 50K max. i hope so anyway, he is a must buy for any brazilian or bundesliga teams or hybrid teams.

Rubbish, you'll still be able to sell it for the same price it was going at a few weeks ago. Have any e-tailers dropped their prices in the past few weeks? The 160GB model is still over £200 most places I've looked.
 
I've just realised that 4-2-2-2 is going to be awesome for building a hybrid squad, if I have IF Hernanes and IF Motta at CDM I can have either a Serie A or all Brazilian attack. :D The possibilities are endless...

Apparently as well the chemistry link between the two STs in 4-2-2-2 is broken, so for example I could have two Brazilian CAMs, like Kaka and IF Nene and that would allow me to play either Brazilian, La Liga or Ligue 1 strikers. Swap Nene for Diego and I could pick a Bundesliga striker. :D

my hybrid squad is 4222 but i dont think the st link is broken as you say it is.

the only bad link i have is gustavo and diarra, which i can live with as they are the best cdm's about.

Im doing similar with a La Liga/Seria A Brazilian/Argentinan squad - dno if that makes sense :p. Not sure what you mean by chemistry link between 2 STs though (there is between them but not to opposite CAMs). Gonna have a Brazilian back 4 and then potentially one side Argentinan and the other Brazilian...

I paid 140k on PS3 so haven't played with him yet. :( Pretty sure he will hold his value relatively OK, he's not in the TOTYs. Some rate him above Cambiasso, others say he's as good but cheaper and some hate him. I'm going to wait and see but I think he will suit my style.

For instance, in a 4-2-2-2, the links between the two CDMs and the links between the ST and the CAM behind them seem to be much more important than other links. Similarly, in 4-3-3 the CM in the middle seems to favor the link to the CBs behind him rather than other links like the other midfielders or the ST, in addition to other peculiarities. Can we get some explanation as to which formations have chemistry maps with stronger and weaker links and some more information as to why and how they work?

There are a few small chemistry issues where a link it not calculated properly. These were unfortunately missed due to the complexity of the system and a couple of details with how the system was implemented which hid them. After checking the example given, I can see that one of the examples is that the strikers in a 4-2-2-2 do not seem to link together when chemistry is calculated, although the lines appear on the squad screen. This means that for chemistry purposes the strikers in this formation are ONLY using the link to the CAM. So the visual lines are showing what SHOULD happen although the back end calculation is ignoring one of the links.
