Would also like to add praise to 5UB. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about a b-grade tv I bought not too long ago.

I'll just add that 5UB has helped me with my deliveries in the past, where DPD has messed up (happens pretty often). Now talk to him quite often via Steam, playing the odd game of css etc...

I might add rjkoneil is also very helpful. OcUK's customer service in general is 2nd to none, just DPD is cack in this area it seems.
