What is this snake, found it in the garden

Not all snakes do that but i swear it's a snake. I have no idea how it got there, guessing a bird maybe dropped it

Maybe you did see a snake, maybe you didn't.

This one isn't however, snakes native to this country are more likely to want to get out of your way unless you annoy it or corner it. I remember as a kid playing manhunt up the south downs, I bent down to hide and looked left to see a snake tail about 5 feet away from me slither into a bush.

It could have it bit me but it didn't.

If you want, I can tell you its a Queen Wasp

Lovely creatures, although they look slimy they're actually very smooth. It is basically a legless lizard. Please don't kill it if you see it again, they're a protected species.

Seriously, they are lovely things. You should be pleased you have such varied wild life in your garden. Don't hurt it.

Too late.

Slimy things and creepy crawlies are NOT lovely things, they all need to be killed with fire.

What is it it with forum and killing everything they see? Let it be, it'll bugger off back to where it came... as long as it wasn't from your underpants draw!
