because it doesn't matter how much you argue about moving flags, twinkly stars not being seen, crosshairs behind astronauts, a number on a moon rock and other BS, you can't get past the fact that the Russians would have to be fooled.
They weren't fooled and they totally 100% accepted their defeat in the Space Race.
That's because the aliens secretly running the USA from Area 51 and the aliens secretly running Russia from a base so secret nobody in the West has even heard of it got together and used their mind-altering raybeams to fool the Russians into believing that the USA had gone to the moon! Hey, it makes as much sense as the rest of the moon conspiracy burbling.
Or maybe it was because they knew it could be done, knew the USA had the people who could do it and had spent the money needed to do it and knew that the USA had sent a ship to the moon because they tracked it all the way there and back again, plus the fact that the Russian leaders weren't dumb enough to fall for the ignorant babble some people spewed out about the photos and films.
Nah. Must have been the alien mind-altering raybeams.
Well according to some of the sources cT's on here use were currently engaged in the second secret space war with the aliens on the moon.

Thank you to those who have a brain who posted in this thread, well done, ill somehow try and gather footage together in one place and post back one day.
I agree with 'Troll #2'... posting in a thread about something saying you don't believe in is just expanding the thread / discussion and on topic surely ?, I wasn't having a dig at anyone, and you are only likely to get upset if you are a little wet behind the ears.
Calling people 'dumb' and 'stupid' for having a different viewpoint is small minded and more troll like than those who are meant to be the trolls.
I still believe in 1969 is wasn't possible to walk on the moon, sure there are a lot of crack pots about, but I firmly believe we were all misled. I can't go into the technical parameters of the missions, and what was possible and what not... in fact the so called 'experts' here could be just repeating what could have been a multitude of lies. No-one here has any proof, though I admit you have to take many things in life as 'proven by others', walking on the moon in 1969 is a little too far fetched (IMO of course)
Many fans and experts here probably havn't even been to Kennedy and seen it all... I have (like many) and the primitive setup IMO seemed incapable of such a undertaking.
Radiation shielding from a lightweight craft made of aluminium would have been non existant btw
It's all nice footage though , I love the bit where the guy on moon says 'hey let me help you up' to the astronaught on floor, and the guy appears to float up as if by wires

Why did they scrap their moon plans? Don't forget, they had sent probes already.

Because they were fooled into thinking the USA had done something that was impossible by themselves with the current technology available to them ?
Maybe the question should be, if the moon was so great to visit as it must have been as visited so many times... why not go again with moderm tech and do the exploration / surveys properly ?
Also, why don't you think the rival superpower would sit back and think, hey they got there first, no point in bothering now... surely they would want to also visit ?

Why did America's biggest enemy, in fact a country that would have pressed the big red button, why did they accept that America walked on the moon?
What technology did America use to fool both Russian tracking experts, every country in the worlds tracking experts and the 100s & 1000s of ham radio operators?
And lets not forget the Australian station that transmitted the video signals.

Money and no political will. The cost of the moon missions was ridiculous and there is no cold war enemy to try and beat anymore. As for the Russians being fooled, the missions were tracked by loads of people. Were they all fooled too? That sort of thing is pretty difficult to fake.
If there is strong tracking evidence, maybe the module was indeed sent into moon orbit...but unmanned (as no-one could survive radiation). Sending a manned mission was beyond the possible.
Just a theory, I only have peoples word from it that things were tracked well.. Kind of strange offical tracking stations were switched at last minute if I remember.
At the time of the landings though USSR probably had resources available if current tech allowed such a undertaking, I still can't believe they did not try
The very fact that the two powers were at loggerheads for 'world firsts' make faking even more attractive.

Who said that nobody could survive the radiation btw? If its the good old "Van Halens belt" argument again, its tosh. Its only deadly under long term exposure, something the Apollo missions didn't recieve. Ironically something Van Allen himself said was not an issue..........

Some of the recent moon/space threads which degraded into Hoax debunking, for any non believers go knock yourself out.
Which is exactly what some are arguing. IF the US faked the landings why were the Russians not calling BS? Could it be that is wasn't faked and like lots of HAM radio operators the Russians tracked the entire mission to and from the moon?
Many people / experts have said it would be lethal, probably more than have said 'yeah it's fine no problem'
Truth be told none of us know and even exerts will argue all day about it, I wouldn't even begin to try and understand it. Us forumers certainly shouldn't unless we share IQ with Mr Hawkings.
