Your favourite place in the UK?

A Cotswolds village with a bit of snow on it - absolutely stunning. I spent one Xmas in a small cottage in Blockley - in the evening it started to snow and I could hear the carol singers in the church. It was like being in a classic English Xmas card. Something I will never forget.

That sounds brilliant!

I have two places that I am equally in love with - Inverness and North Wales

The scenery in North Scotland is magical and the people are so friendly.

I love N Wales - again , beautiful scenery, amazing beaches and lots of touristy things to do for a young family.

Whitby. I love it there.

Sitting outside the oyster bar down by the harbour, near where the fortune teller is. That bar is goooood.

Or Grasmere in the Lake District. Lovely place. (Plus lovely gingerbread :D)

if you don't like it here why don't you leave!!!! Don't come back!!!!

It's allowed to criticize/want to leave the UK ;) I also believe the terminal at Heathrow is my favourite place in the country too.

This. Went every year with my parents whilst growing up as a kid, as well as the odd abroad trip. Beautiful in summer and great in the winter (better surf and great to watch the storms blowing in if you're staying overlooking the harbour) :) Loved jumping over the balcony onto the Porthmeor beach and waking up to see the waves crashing in.

This, You couldnt of put it any better.

This country sucks, most people who love this place clearly havnt got out of the country

Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Peak District, Snowdonia, Scottish Highlands, Central London, Bath, York. There are hundreds of very pretty towns and villages in Britain, many of which are off the beaten track.

Quite fond of a few cities like Manchester and Bristol, but it is select parts more than the complete whole.
