I'm not sexist. That's not to say I don't think men are better at some things, but equally women are better at some things.

My work is fairly evenly matched gender wise, and the women are every bit as capable as the men.

I don't believe in sexism. It's a proven fact that Men do most jobs better than women. Although not ALWAYS (Before I get flamed, called retarded, ignorant etc). If those skinny little attention seeking feminists want to be equal, then sure, why wont we take them to a dock where men have to carry tonnes about every day.

Actually I'm sure some women could, there just wouldn't be many, there are plenty of skinny and scrawny men who couldn't manage it either. You're missing the point really and sorry to say but your post is sexist.

Most jobs, but not all, can be done by any sex. It's looking at the skills and in your case physical strengths of the applicant that is most important.

But your example is poor, a beefed up woman could do a better job lugging stuff around than some skinny fella. The fact that I recognised that there would be more men doing this job is a society thing, not a sexist thing, that's just the way of the world.

the average male would bulk up pretty quickly till he could though.

there was some piece about young/teen athletes and one of the female coaches said as they come to around ~14 even the more average boys start to out pace and out perform the competition level females.

I wouldn't want to work for a certain type of woman (irrational, hormonal - not attributes conducive to good leadership skills) but you do get them and that's not to say that as a gender they are incapable
