Hey all

I had to RMA my Razer Naga epic as the buttons would not click on it.

Sent it back to Overclockers yesterday special delivery yesterday, I recieved an email to say it had been recieved and tested today :)

The replacement mouse has now been despatched & will be with me tomorrow!

Thats what I call service, many thanks to the team at Overclockers, one happy customer here :)

sent my samsung DVD drive off about 3 weeks ago and have been waiting for a replacement from their suppliers ever since :(

Glad it was all ok, I tested it when it came in as we do with most items.

Unfortunatly if items are over 28 days old they do go back to manufacturers so it can take slightly longer.
 
I can fire them an email across to them and do the shouting for you :p

i've had crysis maximum edition sitting in front of me all that time too :(

i'd have just gotten a cheap drive ~£12

it is a FANTASTIC game, especially the multiplayer :D
 
28 is usually the very latest you have to wait (usually done way before then), if it gets to this stage, just make a post in the Customer Service forums, and we will sort it out for you and ensure something gets done quickly! :)
 
RMA'd my GPU on 8th April. Tested and sent back to me on the 11th April (no fault found; I have since upgraded my psu). Pretty good service imo.

But.... on the 14th April, the DPD driver, in his infinite wisdom, gave the return package to a random stranger in my apartment building who seems to have decided to nick it and it hasn't been seen since. No GPU, no functioning desktop pc and still no date for a new one.

So, RMA process good. Courier service and subsequent ocuk customer service, not so good.
 
I have to add that I had awesome support from the guys at OC.

Ordered about £1200 worth of stuff and it all came. After checking it all out turns out the pins on the corsair A50 on the back plate one of the pins was not threaded so I couldnt finish my build.

A quick call to OC and a complete new mounting set turns up the next day. Also has some issues with the bundle I ordered and again a quick call and its all sorted.
