Not sure about the paper but I heard the ink is plumbed in like water or gas.

You can use it and ask for your money at any time on a Sunday morning, it just won't give it to you until 10:30.

You can't get money from them between 10:30 - 10:45, 13:00 - 13:30 that's when they take their tea break.
