btw timbrad, get IF Hernandez!, just had my first game with him and wow, rocket shot, awesome finesse shot and very quick, defences cant handle his feet, caused havok.

looks like i need 650K for all my upgrades, both my teams put together aint worth that much, doubt i will ever get that amount of coins, unless i can pull off a very special IF when i buy packs when toty serie A comes out.

Better off going 4-4-1-1 or 4-4-2 in that league. I would also get schweinstiger as your other CM

Stick to epl it's not worth selling everything at the mo the markets a mess and it is proving a pain to shift cards.

I need a bit of help.
I have a mish mash of Gold players, low 80s mostly, which make up a 4 1/2 star team, but the chemistry is low. I play against a lot of people who have a load of players all from the same country/club and therefore have really high chemistry.
Because I can't put huge amounts of hours into this game, it takes AGES to build up coins to use for buying players. So I'm thinking of building up a team from an OK country, not Brazil or Argentina or anything, but I'm thinking of Portugal because I already have Nani and Carvalho, which means I can also have 1 or 2 players from their respective leagues without affecting the chemistry too much, right?
Still, it's going to take me a while to get the coins I need to buy players, so I guess one of my questions was it is better for me to save up say 5-10k coins from playing games, then buy individual players, or to buy gold packs and hope I get a lucky set of cards?

Save up a little. You will get a half decent team pretty quickly if you aim for 80 to 83 players.

If it was me then I would just spend £10 on MS points and open a load of packs during one of the promotional times, I'm not sure when they are sorry, somebody will probably let you know, but basically there are certain days and times of the week where the card packs cost less or carry a higher chance of getting a better card, it's called happy hour.

Yeah that's not a bad idea actually, just not sure how I feel about spending too much money on something, which in all seriousness I'll probably stop playing in about 2 weeks or so. I have a very short attention span

Just remind yourself that £10 is only the same as a Dominos pizza, or 4 pints. Plus you're bound to get a semi decent card that will sell for a good amount, and if not then you'll still get a good amount of coins from the sheer number of cards and you'll have.

Never ever say bound to, I've had "pack sessions" from he'll
squirrel, buy 1/2k MSP tomorrow evening about 7pm, new IF's will be out, so if you did happen upon one, demand and price would be much higher, 280msp a pack, and even if it is full of crap discarding all contents of the pack will yield you 3.5-4.8k.
280 into 1000/2000 is 3/7, so a realistic guarantee of at least 12/21k if things go the worst way possible.
But you should at least get a handful of players that can sell for 800 coins, which should bump up your profit margin

It's a bit sad in a way, I have never bought coins off eBay but you gotta look at the pros and cons!
Cons: it's a definite 100k, well, 95k after tax.
Cons: You could have spent £10 on MSP and gotten a 400k player, but the chances are slmmer than Victoria Beckham circa 2008.
If I had spent the money I have spent on packs on eBay coins, I'd be much better off now!

I just sent people to my club when I didn't need them as I thought it was like a collection thing, and you're supposed to try and collect everyone.

That's also not a bad idea. I'm not sure how it works though, I guess once you win the bid you put a rubbish card up for sale starting at 100K BIN and then you arrange with the seller of the 100K coins and then he just buys your crap card. Unless there's another way but 100,000 would help you way better than the packs, they're just random chance. Though the profits are potentially amazing.

Yeah I had one of those the other day, the most expensive player it gave me was Walcott... still I made 12K or so from selling them all and the best bit was the 3 pages of contract cards I now have.
