****Official L.A Noire thread****

My girlfriend has been sitting with me helping with the questioning. Turns out she'd be a great detective. I would still be on patrol, like sean connery in the untouchables (minus the dodgy accent)

Well its 5:25am and im still playing this... Such a great game concept, not particularly well excecuted in parts but im having a real blast playing this.

Halfway through homicide now, getting a lot more difficult though, really seem to struggle with the questioning. On the golden butterfly case I got a bollocking from the captain at the end and sent out on the beat :( Not sure if its because i made the wrong conviction or because i messed up the interrogations...

Is it me, or is there sweet FA to do in the city other than to visit key crime linked spots? This is heading in the direction of RDR - and I hadn't a clue back then how it got such high marks.

Other than solve the calls that come in over the radio, no I dont think there is anything else to do.

It was said it wasn't a free roam game.

Actually you can look for film reels and landmark locations, and if you have the badge pursuit challenge you can look for those.

anyone else notice quite a lot of judder, driving and on foot, not the majority of the time, but enough
like what you would get if you set the graphics too high for your pc
isn't really taking any of the enjoyment away but it's definitely not gone un-noticed

can hear the blu-ray drive going mad sometimes, maybe related ?

Not sure if anyone else has done this, but you can shoot the guns out of peoples hands, I assume you can then arrest them instead of killing them.

I always fill them with lead though.

Just reached the vice cases too. The mission prior to that was rather easy compared to most.
