I have a core i7 920. Is sandy bridge better in terms of numbers and benchmarks?

Do you know a site that does reasonably expected overclocks?
as the 920 can easy get 4GHZ on air and I hear 4.2-4.4 with the 25/600k

Hmmm to wait out for the Sandy Bridge E or not, mobo and graphics card both need RMA'ing aswell *sigh*
