AOL 9.6 !!!

Hey, would really appreciate if someone could help me out here. Basically I've just built a new computer for my dad and been installing the programs he needs.

However when it comes to AOL I'm having this problem.....

I'm unable to change the Screen Name form "ExistingMember" to a proper email address! Has anyone else had the same problem before? :( Before you say anything, I know AOL is crap but my dad has grown attached to it so there is no hope of just uninstalling it and forgetting about it!

Have you actually tried signing in as "existing member" to see if it prompts for your actual username further down the line?

It just hangs for a couple of minutes then goes back to the sign on screen complaining of incorrect password.

aol really is crap :mad: must be incompatibility problems with windows 7.
