Computer not booting up :(

Hi, woke up this morning to find out my computer isn't turning on. Turned the power off and then back on again and still the same, nothing is booting up, can't hear any beeping, CPU cooler fan isn't turning. I can hear my HDD turning, Graphics card fan is turning and other separate fans are going.

There are lights on the motherboard which I don't usually see on (Red, Orange and 2 Green)

The computer comes on and then turns off and back on again and repeats.

Was working last night before I went to bed (had reinstalled windows).

Using:
OC'ed i3 bundle with Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H and I have 600w PSU which should be enough.

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm stuck with this lame laptop from med-evil times (Least that's how it feels) ¬_¬

Try clearing the CMOS, it may be a case your overclock has throne a wobblier and needs re-setting. Hopefully there should be a saved profile in the BIOS which you can load.

Not sure where to look for what the lights mean, didn't have enough time in the morning to look as was rushing to get to college and no, the screens don't come out of standby.

Computer doesn't load so can't see that.

PS: computer did load one time as my motherboard has dual bios, loaded something about bios and then switched off and continued to switch on and off without loading anything.

Use the jumper pin in the motherboard,
remove cmos battery and power lead.
leave for a minute or two, replace jumper, battery and power lead.
boot up.
go into bios and reset profile.
 
Just got home and got messing with the computer again since I got time now, first thing I done was remove the battery on the motherboard and removed power left it for 10 mins, come back and tried, no difference.

I then replaced the cooler with the stock cooler that came with my bundle to see if it made any difference and it didn't.

I then tried removing the RAM, checking each one and that made no difference, made sure the beep was working when I removed them both and it does.

I went onto trying a different PSU from my old machine and that made no difference, still turning on and off.

I thought i'd remove the GPU and see if that was causing a problem and unfortunately not.

The only thing I can think of is the motherboard isn't working properly or the MOBO is buggered.

Any other suggestions? Also I bought this bundle in November, would it still be under some kind of warranty? Would I be able to get it repaired or something by OCUK?

It might be worth when returning the motherboard, sent the cpu and memory back and they should be able to test the whole lot and confirm which parts are faulty.

I had a few problems with my i7 system which was down to the second set of replacement memory which was faulty. I only sent the cpu and motherboard back which were ok.
