Which game should i buy on steam today ??

If it makes any difference, Shogun 2 is much cheaper retail at the moment - the keys can be added to Steam too.

The Witcher 2 is probably the best game on there at the moment.

Steam need to get more agressive with their prices.

They are not competitive with other places on the net.

Witcher 2 is £10 cheaper else where, portal 2 is also about £8 cheaper else where.

I recently bough both DA2 and Shogun 2 for a combined £28. Would have cost £60 on steam a few week back.

They are usually competitive with the Steam sales.

If you mean vs. retail stores, they are not allowed to be competitive, so use the sales as a workaround.

Would still happily pay more to have things on Steam though.

I am quite tempted to buy Hawx2 today - I have become more reluctant to buy things on there though. I still have lots of games to play and know the ones I want will be less than a fiver by the time I get to them.
