DRAM timing mode DCT 0, DCT 1 or Both?

Both I think.

If you want to run your memory in dual channel and need to adjust timings, you will need to set the timings in both DCT 0 and DCT 1.

I cannot express just how grateful I am to everybody here who took the time to help me out. Special thanks to Surveyor who took the time to explain the timings etc.

The problem is now resolved and system POSTs now. My BIOS was seriously out of date.

I had version 0506 installed and I flashed it to version 2105.

Really grateful, to all those who helped.

What settings have you used in the end?

If you've set the memory to 667MHz you now need to try and bump it up to 800MHz so it's running at full speed.

Auto probably won't be 800MHz.

Run CPU-Z and look at the memory tab (not the SPD tab).

It will tell you what speed and timings the memory is currently running at.

If you want it to run full speed then go into the BIOS and set Memclock Value to 800MHz.

You may need to up the memory voltage a little for 800MHz.

ok. I set the memory voltage at 1.5v as that's what it says on the RAM sticks.

If you encounter any instability nudge the RAM voltage up a bit.
