Guy's

I've had it with my bank "Santander" they have messed me around too many times....

Time to change any recommendations?
Not Halifax though as has issue with these in the past....

Just a current account for my wage to go into and bills to come out of no need for a joint account just for me.

Santander are a bit poopy, as are Halifax, Lloyds are pretty decent, as are RBS(especially if you take a royalty account) from what I gather!

Santander asked me to pay for about £4000, sent my details to a debt collecting agency and even put it in my credit history!
All this and I didn't even have an account with Santander!
After settling this with them by providing my details 4 times they had to pay me settlement for the inconvenience.
After about 6 months they did it again! I got letters from a DCA(same one as before) So I had to do this process again!

Lloyds because of their money manager and no internet banking dongle. Oh and their silver account gives you phone, AA and travel insurance.

I moved to HSBC about a year ago and was very happy, however i dislike having these dongle things for pass codes to transfer money. Especially when you're buying things online over forums often.

Might have to move on again :(

Yup, I hate the dongles. They should be optional. I recently moved from HSBC because they starting forcing the use of one, which means I can't access my account at both work and home.
