Basically this isn't a stand alone thing so you can play it in the front room when someone wants to watch TV, when is that such a huge issue? People have tvs in every room now....

It will have pointless crap like a map or inventory list on it and if you are lucky like in that demo a golf ball in some sand.

Yes, but in fairness that was the infancy of gaming - now gaming appeals to adults as well as kids - i.e. LA Noire, Hard Rain, COD, Ghost Recon, MGS... The NES was the first production console, but even it had more 'adult' games than this has shown so far. Duck Hunt was more adult than a lot of this.

Looked like a lot of texture pop-in in that video. I can't imagine MS or Sony stepping up their console releases to go against Wii U.
