Japspeed subaru Stolen 11/06/11

Bryan Ó Murchadha

its currently being chased on the M25 by undercover

With a bit of luck they can keep it on the M25 and have a force helicopter available.

Apparently Kent Police are prepared to act on getting out helicopters etc if anyone has any concrete evidence that it's currently in Kent..

I thought it was been chased by unmarked cars at the moment? :/

Does anyone actually have any idea what's going on with the car or is it now just a cluster**** of people talking 27th hand rubbish about what they heard from a mate's uncle's dog? :p

From what I make of it. It's not being chased, no one knows where it is and its last spotting was 20 hours ago. Loads of people are apparently out and about looking for it, and people have been ringing about for information like petrol stations, RAC etc.

I guess from the amount of people out looking and no one having spotted it, it's probably in the back of a lorry going across the channel or in a lock up somewhere

That driftworks thread is classic, half of them are preparing themselves to be chasing it down the motorway at a moments notice.

There are also some gems of comments appearing every so often:

"It's a Vauxhaul show, I'm sorry to say this but I'd expect this sort of scum to be present."

Now I don't particularly like Vauxhalls myself but that's a bit of a judgemental comment :p

They're right though. I made the mistake of going to a Ford show and it was full of scumbags. Can imagine Vauxhall being the same.

its already been stripped down that in my garage, lol.

on a serious note i hope they find the cheeky buggers who stole it and cut their feet off

If they haven't got it back by now I doubt they will ever get it back. It's in a Worksop somewhere being broken or on a container

Got to be honest, does anyone actually care? No. Surely it's insured.....right?

I think these kinds of cars are difficult to insure. There is also the question of getting a fairly ballsy car thief in the hands of people who don't particularly like car thiefs.

Would love to know how this one was pulled off though, just a confidence grab or more complicated I wonder.
