I really enjoyed Lost and since it ended I haven't really got into any more of these american series's so what are the best ones? I don't really want it to be too confusing as I watch it right before going to sleep in bed. Suggestions would be great :)

Thanks

Also, not the Sopranos or any other gangster style TV series if there are any. I just don't enjoy them.

I am too on the look out for another Lost style series.

Their is a couple of new series in the works called "One Upon A Time" & "Pearson In Interest", which both of them are apparently created/written by the various Lost creators/wrighters.

Both of those new series are due to be aired later on this year, so I will keep a watchful eye on them.

Due to the double recommendation of The Event, I am obtaining some episodes as we speak :) I'll let everyone know what I think tomorrow as I'm feeling a lazy monday is in order :p

Anyone else got a really bad taste after the lost final? Something thats like lost would actually put me off watching, and jj abrahms will never get another minute of my tv watching time again.

FlashForward was good for the first 2 epidodes, after then it just became generally rubbish. I'm not suprised it was cancelled after the first series.

The Event and Flashforward?! These show were cancelled for a reason you know :p

Id definitely recommend fringe as well, probably the closest you'll get to lost on telly atm

Fringe is the closest you will get to another Lost series. It was created by JJ Abrams as well so you see lots of similarities in the writing style of the two series.

It was really poor. Let’s ignore everything that’s happened in the past seasons. Explain nothing, jump forward a few 100 years and show everyone meeting up in the afterlife. I am really surprised more people were not outraged at how poor the ending was.

Only watched about 5 minutes of The Event but it is a similar style to Lost. A lot of jumping around in the same way the flashbacks used to jump back and fore.

I tried to watch Fringe a few time but that was just when it was on I would watch a bit and find it confusing. I remember a dog being dead or something then one of them not seeing it? If I give up on the Event/When I finish the series I will look into watching Fringe from episode 1. :)

Also I think that shows like The Event were cancelled because people don't really know about them.

Thanks guys
