I had problems running the 64bit version of Office on a 64bit OS, so I opted for the 32bit Office running on a 64bit OS, and have had no problems since.

GOD! Why do people insist in calling it Windows Office, jesus bloody christ. Uninstall Microsoft Office, and re-install.

its suprising how many people we get in when asked 'what operating system is you pc/laptop running?' we get the responce 'Office 2003'. trying to get through to them that windows and office ARE NOT the same thing, they are just made by the same company baffels them.

I always get the 'I don't understand what you mean' look. I don't know why people can't grasp the concept of 2 different products designed by the same company. Either than or they just don't give a damn what product it is they just say it regardless.

yeh we get a blank look quite a lot. i think a lot of people just dont know, they buy something because a sales advisor tells them to and thats it.
but then, lets be fair, i do see a lot of the renault F1 cars driving past our shop window, oh sorry, maybe they are renault clios, hard to tell

ha ha to be fair... I'm not a car driver so I wouldn't know the difference between a renault clio and a F1 car. I could give it a good guess though! or is it the renault F1 and the F1 clio? oh you see what I did there? ;)
