new (well 2nd hand but new to me) saddle arrived fair bit lighter than the bel air and just as comfy :D
old saddle is an RT with claimed weight of 360g, new one Ti Fly C with claimed weight of only 185g
ill be weighing them at work to see what the exact weights are but suffice to say its just as comfy :)

Did you buy this from BR by any chance?

Liking the angle a lot ... and yet an A+ for Rammstein.
Now get out on some proper tracks to go with your good taste in music ;)

The angle is now ok... but my knee catches the edge of the camera :(

I'll be out riding properly soon enough. My taste in music varied as some of the other videos will show.

Good little vid that (nice angle too)! Cut out all that concrete riding malarkey tho :)
Pricey thigns those camera's.

Had to fill the video with something, didn't shoot a lot of footage and living in the middle of a city there's a lot of road before you get to green stuff. :D

The camera is expensive I suppose but its a way of enjoying rides over and over again so in that sense its worth every penny.

Just received my new chain ring and it doesn't fit :(

Can some one please help me here as I have no idea.
Its for:

CRANKSET
Custom SRAM Carbon S-2200, 10-speed XC double for 29er, PF-30, removeable spider, S: 170mm, others: 175mm
CHAINRINGS
38A x 24A, 4-bolt, 104/64mm

I was thinking about 1x10 so just need an outer. will this work?
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28730
Was thinking the 34T plus a chain guide.

Are all the other rings on the crank BlackSpire? As it does say: These chainrings will not work if mixed with other brand rings..
It does say its for the XTR crank but don't know enough about the XTR cranks to know how they take the rings.

Where's that cow when you need him :D

No there are the standard rings (Truvativ):confused::confused::confused::confused:

Although I need the inner chain ring sorted, I was thinking about 1x10 so if I could get a compatible 34T outer then thats what I'll do.

edit - I guess im going wrong as its not 104/64mm as the outer is 120?

That ring you have bought is 9speed and not 10speed as well, will have to do some more googling to not sure why the guys on mtbr were saying the crank is 104/64 when your outer ring says 120 you could have posted that picture before :p

Edit. FSA might do one worth checking there website but cant find any in online shops :s

The thread's horsesh!t level has increased by a tremendous amount. There's no difference between a 9speed or 10 speed chainring ... or am I not understanding the question?

If that is the case then a 104 should fit fine? I was under the impression that all 10 speed stuff is none backward compatible mainly due to the narrower chains.

Also he has a specifically 2x10speed crank not any old crank and by the looks of his current chainring special ed strikes again with his elite custom parts :D

:eek::p

9speed is no different to 10speed in this respect - I agree the amount of horse ****.... just because it says 8-9 speed doesn't mean it wont work. although I am a bit of a Muppet to get the wrong ring in the first place. It's sitting in the post office now with a returns form with CRC. no harm done.

Only thing google shows up are chainrings at £99 - lol ive spoken to the lbs to see what they can find. Any other ideas chaps?
