You need 32 or more to even get on that guy's chart. I think a comprehensive manga collection adds +25 though so have a think about that?

(sorry for the derail OP, I'm still in shock that it really is primary school questions that everyone is getting so pumped about getting correct :/)

I think it's safe to say that if you don't get at least 10/10 then you're a bit special, considering how basic they were.

Correct me if I'm wrong but is this entire thread full of (relatively) adult people happy about getting full marks on a maths test written by 9 year olds?

ALso how did people do 135/9? I just did long division in my head, i was just wondering if there was an easier way.

Figured it was going to be an integer so I just thought about what it could be, 15 seemed the obvious one given the 5 in the number, 15 * 10 = 150 so 15*9 = 135.

10/10!

In about 2 minutes... in my head... WITHOUT using any fingers or toes...

;)

Well lets say 9, because in reality it's not that difficult to misread a question...:p

I just split it up.

10*9 is 90 so that leaves 45...

I did the guess the integer for one of the earlier questions though... Basic maths like this means it should stand out pretty easily!

Now lets get a few matricies to play with!:p

Multiply by 10, then take the number you multiplied by.. away from the answer.

9 x 15 = 15 x 10 - 15
9 x 26 = 26 x 10 - 26
9 x 812 = 812 x 10 - 812
9 x 498102 = ... you get the idea.

The test is designed for children of primary school age. Good going, champ.

Still butthurt from the other conversation?

Blimey, has old school arithmetic disappeared altogether?

9 into 13 goes 1 remainder 4
(Carry the 4...) 9 into 45 goes 5

15, right?

10/10.. Too easy! I didn't do my maths GCSE a year early for nothing! :p

Only 24 on the Aspergers test though, that'll prove my missus wrong when she tells me I'm autistic! :)
