Well, got my 100Mb line in today...

Your upload is excellent, could be an issue with a box somewhere. Have you been in contact with VM?

Yeah, happy with the upload speeds, but getting 10 or 11 Mb on a 100Mb connection is really taking the ****.

The guy came out to "install" the not-so-superhub and he said all the line levels are fine.

They were also meant to give us a free USB Dongle I believe, which they did not.....

Not happy

Post your line levels from the not so super hub its burried in there somewhere. Did you also disable all the horrific features like the awesome IP flood detection.

Here are my details... I have them nicely formatted in a HTML file, but VM won't let me connect to FTP for some reason

You should really ask them about only getting 1/10th of your 100mbit line.

I've contacted them. Hopefully they sort it quick!

Are yous both on 50Mb then? You get full speed at all times?

Also, What's the fastest to expect from wireless? I'm assuming the wireless devices won't get the full 100Mb... or will they if they are 300N? :)

Can someone check their power levels for me please. I have had a look at a few others, and they are so much lower than mine (in the 0.5 region) - I'm currently sitting between 5.2 & 5.9 dBmV

BTW the wireless on the superhub is rubbish!!! Virgin though have given me a DLINK 615 wireless router to hook to the superhub. The difference is fantastic.

was there any charge with this? If not, how did you manage that one? :D Is it gigabit ethernet on your Dlink? I have a D-Link set up as a bridge, but I believe it's only 100Mb ethernet? I could be wrong though...
