And where does it state that he's been charged with the distribution of child porn? It doesn't. So everything coming out of the rumour mill is more than likely horse ****. And official statements or information regarding distribution is what I think he wanted by requesting a source for said information.

Jeez, I can't form a ****ing proper sentence today...

The screenshot is doctored to hide the identity of the second party as "someone" and he doesn't admit to distributing child porn. He is accused of and retorts that he was "doing to DOS" I'd assume "going to DOS" rather than "doing to" in regards to distributing child porn.

If he was, the cops would have listed it in the charges he faces. Especially since they seized his personal and remote machines.

I also posted a link to another person (may have been in this thread I'm not sure) stating that he has a stash of cp. He's not been arrested for anything related to that though has he so the police are not going to release that sort of information while he is still under investigation are they.

Of course they would release that information since they've already released other charges against him.

The blog posting regarding the logs is also questionable since the original poster didn't know his real (the original user being "Asher") identity and suddenly he admits to being Ryan so the name is changed to suit. It would be more believable if he hadn't touched any of the logs and it came out later which aliases Ryan chose to use.
 
Glad to see you erased my posts with all the points regarding there being no believable evidence whatsoever for the claims of distribution of child pornography. Good job.

lets wait and see what other crimes he gets charged with then most of the newer stuff was still beeing investigated

Exactly. Let's wait and see what official charges are made against him and not jump on the "LOLOMGCHILDPORN" band wagon with the only evidence being speculative, doctored images and falsifiable chat logs from a nobody who thinks he's a somebody in "hacking" circles (really he's just a moron who got caught DDoSing). As I already said, they've got his machines. If there is child porn on them, it won't be long until he faces that charge as well.
