as the title says is crossfire worth it, will be putting my new system together this week and im thinking about getting a 2nd 6950 to finish it off but never had xfire before. I game on a dell u2410.

Am I going to see big improvements if I do ?

unless you game with a highly overclocked intel cpu you will not see the full performance of the 6950 in crossfire tbh , i had crossfired 5870's with an overclocked 955BE and intel based systems performed better in the same games/benchmarks . not worth it unless going for 3 monitors @ high res

2 x 6950 2GB crossfire is currently the best multi-gpu solution for gaming. The scaling is often more than 190%, which is awesome! You'll need it when playing some recent games (e.g. Shogun 2, Metro 2033, The Witcher 2 etc) at max settings.
