Glastonbury 2011?

Could you exaggerate any more? She sung every word of the verses. Unbelievably critical, she has a fantastic voice.

Say what?

No she did not sing all of the opening ditty.

And if that's your idea of someone being unbelievably critical, I dare say we'll have you in tears by the end of this set.

her backing singers are more than pulling their weight but with her and her dancers, that's fine by me! the front row would be a great place to be ;)

Her backing singers sang substantially more that she did, and continue to do so.

Oh, so now you take on a completely different argument and drop the part about her singing three lines?

For the amount of dancing she's doing , she's singing A LOT. You should watch a modern day Britney Spears performance, then you would have perspective.

Lady Gaga is also very impressive from a pop perspective. Great voice, great dance moves.

Part of the same argument, surely.

I'm not watching a musical performance to see dance moves. I'm watching it to hear some singing from the star, not from the backing singers/track.

And finally we're getting some.

Not really, you were exaggerating, which you might as well have admitted as you instantly dropped the argument once I challenged what you said.

It's called a 'performance'. She's getting the crowd going. Would you rather she just sat in a chair and sung ALL her lyrics? I doubt that would go down very well. I'm very impressed thus far.

Beyonce is very good, but her backing dancer with the red afro is the same one from the Single Ladies video, and she is just awesome.

If you guys didn't catch them earlier, I really recommend catching TV on the Radio's set later. Absolutely blinding performance, and they played a brilliant cover of the Ghostbusters theme.

Beyoncé's voice sounds surprisingly weak live. Thought she'd be belting it out like CAguleira. Right, QOTSA time :D

Aye Biffy sounded drunk yesterday, terrible sound mix and all over the place.

Dropped what argument? She sang very little if the firsthand song; something that was mentioned by several other posters.

You seem to have quite a biased view on the woman. Probably more than a grown man should have.

And a little accapella on a stool would be great.
