Yeah, servicing every 6k/12k is a fair bit, take it you do small mileage then.

No not at all, just things have changed and I could go bigger and better if I decide to. 12 months in a Ferrari V8 with the only downside being the risk is something I'm very interested in!

Don't worry mate, as nice as the 1JZ is, I wouldn't downgrade the engine

2JZ-GTE would be the way forward, single turboing a 2JZ-GE is too much hassle and expensive for the gains.

Having been in both (yours and one at Vmax, not DM's specific one) I can assure you the Masserati felt much much quicker and is very much more the occasion. They can get expensive though but if it's something you are thinking about go for it!
