Wimbledon Championships 2011, June 20th - July 3rd

Nadal isn't bulky at all either, just one big arm and one normal sized one.

The biggest built guy in tennis is Michael Berrer (or Serena Williams ;))

Murray's just not good enough, it's like Henman all over again with the pre-tournament hype and predictable outcome of him being knocked out. :p

Well done congrats to Djokovic...was so hoping that he would pummel Rafa into the ground as Federer flopped so badly against Tsonga in the QF's...personally i think Feds done now...he isnt that almighty anymore.

But i couldnt help but smile widely when Rafa lost...theres something about him that i intensely dislike...saying that hes still a very good player.

But well done Novak...hes really made some sort of transformation this yr...

You seen how Federar played to knock Djokovic out of Roland Garros at SF this year? Not quite out just yet.

Maybe not but the way he was totally outplayed by Rafa at Roland then up 2 sets against Tsonga and still ended up losing it??...hes still a good player but i think his heyday is more or less finished...hes not as dominant as he used to be, mainly because Rafa, Novak and even Murray to an extent have upped their games now.

I love Federer and hate seeing him lose but hes going to find it very very hard to win more titles now with Rafa and Novak becoming the top 2 players in the world...i hope im wrong but i have a feeling that i may be right.

I don't think he is. Federer has added a lot to his game this year, his volleying is far better than before, and his back injury that he had last year seems to have cleared up which has restored his serve. Lets not forget that he is the only player that has beat Djokovic this year, and he beat him with ease. The tsonga result was a freak- coasting at 2-0 and to lose...

But the fact is that hes getting old, just like Sampras when he was so damn dominant then age started catching up with him and he lost his dominance.

Fed's now 29...Novaks 24 and Rafa is 25 looking at the wiki for each player...not saying Fed is ancient but i dont think hes going to be able to keep up with Novak and Rafa for much longer.

The result against Tsonga was freak-ish...how he lost that after being 2 sets up is truly beyond me...he choked so hard that it wasnt even funny anymore.

Top match

Both top notch players

What is happening with Federer:confused:? Where his dominance gone?

Simply that others have caught up. He's not down and out by a long way though. In fact, a lot of what is so exciting about the men's game today, especially that trio of Federer/Nadal/Djokovic, is down to Federer - he raised the standard of the men's game to another level.

That's for sure:cool:

I don't think the likes of bjorn borg, boris becker or even pete sampras can challenge the new trio:).

Put Bjorg/Becker/Sampras against Federer/Nadal/Djokovic and I can say with confidence that the former three will get thrashed:D

Of course they would....technology has also changed the game so much ie rackets are much more advanced than they were back in those 3 days when they were at the top. Also conditioning and new training techniques have made a big difference....some of these new tennis players have big smashing serves compared to say Borg, Becker and Sampras....also lets not forget Lendl and Agassi who were also top players too.

The game has changed so so much now.
