Best trip you ever had..

Driving from Scotland to Romania.

Through France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Hungary, then holiday in Romania.

Was the trip of a lifetime and the best way by far to see Europe. You can just stop off wherever and whenever you want.

Saw so many cities and places.

It was without a doubt 5 years ago when I came to Singapore for business before going on to a 4 week Thailand trip, met someone in Singapore, then travelled to Thailand but after two days in Thailand came back to Singapore for the rest of the holiday. Married 7 months later, moved to Singapore permanently 3 months later, 4 1/2 years on I have adopted her son, we have two others between us and I am starting to see white chest hairs :p. Has been quite a journey :D.

Nah I did a 99% engine swap for from an Audi s3 which had a hybrid turbo on it. Used the BAM engine code head/block/inlet (that was a pain!). Got upto around 300 or just under.

They fixed a few things i did :o, fitted a forge 007 or whatever it is DV, carbino induction, remap. Single mass flywheel/clutch G60 conversion. And a few other bits.

THEN I had this kit, got it UBER cheap...

THEN I put the car into 2nd 90mph ish and blew the engine up, well rod through the block :(

Wow I see you like cars but was that really your best trip ever? Nothing during your childhood etc was better than taking a car to a garage?

My best trip was Orlando to Key West in a full size hire car. Could fit 4 full size cases flat in the boot :D

Four month clockwise road trip around the US back in 2009. Got drunk and somehow cashed up in Atlantic City within the first couple of weeks, so we did the rest in style! Even managed to get across to Jamaica for a week!

2003, Harley 100th anniversary ride from LA to Milwaukee along most of route 66 with my chapter, my dad and my bro. Crazy crazy time, more bikes on the road than cars, and when we got there we met up with 800,000 more bikers from all over the globe. Epic trip.

Either that or Sturgis ride, which was equally awesome

(I'm the one looking a bit retarded on the right)

Safari in Kenya in the 80s with parents. Oz also with folks. Doing the Cayman Wall to 800 feet in a research sub with my dad.

First work trip to Hong Kong (3 weeks or so) as such a different environment to work in and I was very young.

cruise on windstar three masted yacht around yucatan peninsula with gf, now wife (honduras, belize, mexico) particularly good as I won it and it didn't cost a bean.

Working all around Italy and getting to eat my way from town to town

But best is every powder day in the mountains, particularly honeymoon in Aspen.

don't have a favourite but one of the best was Hong Kong, Cairns, Sydney, Bangkok with 3 of my mates

went diving on the great barrier reef , helicopter over the Blue mountains, 4x4 to Cooktown then flown back in a small aeroplane, ate the best and most expensive steak i've ever had, sea fishing off the Sydney coast , laughed at my mate getting hit on by a ladyboy, watched in awe as some girls danced knickerless on a glass dancefloor above me hahah and so so many more things we did

My best trip was the second time I went to Japan. It was last year and our trip ended up being extended due to the volcanic ash problems. Had some excellent extra time in Tokyo going around looking at things I wouldn't have seen otherwise due to the delay.

Physically, none. Never been able to afford a decent holiday let alone travel outside Europe. Hopefully that will change within the next few years - I have my whole 20's to make up for!

Mentally, Salvia Divinorum. Who needs to get on a plane when you can visit other WORLDS in your own mind?

3 Weeks in Nepal/Himalaya Hiking to Everest Base Camp and Climbing Kala Patthar. Awesome awesome trip. Not everybodies cup of tea though ;) The Nepalese/Tibetan people are amazing!

Going hiking along the rural sections of the Great Wall of China this year, staying in Farms/Villages along the way, should be fun :)

I've just done a little research on that :p Looks pretty fascinating :p

Is it illegal? Some of the stuff I've watched on YouTube have been pretty funny :p

It is legal, not to be taken lightly either it's some powerful stuff. Especially the 60x extract stuff.

One of my friends ended up at a train station (in his head) just watching people. Another was flying around the world.
