Flicker

Ok today i got new mobo Z68X-UD3P-B3 .

Installed window 7 installed all the drivers from the web site to get the newest that i could and even updated the bios from the software tools that come with giga ,All went well with out problems ,I have no clue if this problem was there before update because i just updated all to the latest. And now i'm getting this annoying flicking on top part of the screen on desktop and firefox but only at the top on the screen ,And only when moving and pressing mouse buttons and same with keyborad typing the top will flicker . I'm using 11.6 ati drivers ,I have used them drivers before gfx which i have used before on another mobo and all was fine ..I'm not saying its the mobo that is the problem but this is the first time that i've had this problem .I checked all usbs as i was thinking because its KB and mouse that it maybe USB problem nothing seems to stop the flickering install ..

I have tryed and tryed so if any one knows how to fix ..

Ok seeing as no one seems to know whats doing it .

I found out some thing last night .I have my comp linked to lcd tv as well and when having the ATI/AMD driver set to extend so that i can watch things on the tv from pc i have no more flickering on monitor ,But thats no good to me i need the flickering to stop with out having to have extend on .

Oh and by the way ,even if i uninstalled the ATI/AMD drivers and have none on the system the screen still flickers at the top .So cant be drivers as far as i can tel ? .

Tried a reinstall of Windows?
It may seem daft but i have had many annoying problems that a reinstall of Windows fixes.

Yeah i think thats the next thing to try to be honest ..

I made this little video of the problem from the vid its pretty hard to see but you can see if at full screen ,Its more like skipping about or shacking,

I had a similar problem some time ago with an AMD card that was solved by just right clicking on a flash video page (say a youtube video) and in the adobe flash settings disable hardware acceleration. I have a feeling your problem is different though as you seem to be having the flicker on non flash pages. Might be worth trying though.
