Borderlands GOTY or GTAIV?

I prefer the native co op gameplay more in Borderlands. Borderlands for the win!

I doubt i would be playing much multiplayer since no one on my steam has borderlands.

If you're looking for a SP game than GTAIV is your best choice.

I found Borderlands boring playing alone, was much more fun with other people!

I've already played through GTA IV on the XBox when it 1st came out, Are the DLC actually any good?

Borderlands needs to be played with friends but GTA runs like dog ****.

its a really tough choice. They're both easily worth buying for the prices, i would get both and limit yourself in another sale! If i had to pick one, it would be borderlands i think as its such an enjoyable game both online and off plus it crosses over rpg and fps elements really well

Boredlands is one of my favorite games of all time, even with that said I'd say GTA and DLC.

It's pretty hit and miss unfortunately. Some people with monster rigs report issues whilst others can play it fine. Seems to be an issue with ATI cards.

i found borderlands more enjoying, never finished GTA (yet)

I think because it's easier to pick up BL for a quick blast and GTA takes a bit more commitment .

I agree with Semiskimmed, both are really good games and really good value for money. And for co-op play borderlands gets my choice if I'd have to pick out of the two.

So get them both before the prices go back up.

Played both and prefer Borderlands to GTA.
I also prefer Just Cause 2 (in sale also) to GTA and is a similar free-roaming game in 3rd person.

Borderlands GOTY defianately, it has more replayability I think.
And its just a better game in general.

Borderlands SP is pretty slow at beginning but it's get better

GTA 4 is hit and miss on ATI cards. I have played it on my 8800gt but once I got both DLCs it was unplayable on my 5850 (micro stuttering) and CTD very often
