Just found naughty pics on preowned PS3 - what would you expect as compensation?

Just bought a preowned PS3, brought in home and booted it up and it's got hundreds of naughty pictures on it. Tried ringing the shop but it's shut for the day. Obviously I'd expect to get the console replaced tomorrow but do you think I'm entitled to more? Quite shocked by the content. The guy has left his his whole web history including his Facebook activity and his seedy bookmarks too.

What would you expect as compensation?

I thought second hand shops were suppose to format consoles before selling them?

My local CEX formatted it in front of me before giving me money for it. Why not just format it yourself only takes like 10mins...

Compensation? Nothing! You bought a second hand playstation so therefore you should be miffed as to why it hasn't been wiped, but why should you be compensated?

What have you lost out on because of this? Are you injured? Are you out of pocket? No to both of these.
