Just found naughty pics on preowned PS3 - what would you expect as compensation?

You want to talk compenasation? I bought chicken curry powder mix and made myself a curry with it last night. THERE WAS GLASS IN IT!!! :eek: Only discovered that when I bit into a piece. Luckily the edges had been sanded down....but damn!

The store promised they'd have the entire line immeidately recalled and sent back for testing and sent me out a bunch of free store vouchers.

Anyone with half a brain cell would do it themselves before taking it to a shop though, which I presume may be what the shop was thinking in not doing it themselves even though they should check anyway.

All OP needs to do is format the HD and all the guys data will be gone.

Here's a hint.. the PS3 was nicked.
 
I wouldn't expect compensation but a realistic situation is that somebody could have bought that as a present - I would notify the manager of the store and expect an apology.
 
Phone New of the World and they'll run a story about how shops are giving out peoples personal information by not formatting the drives and how it's illega.. oh no wait.
