First of all, I didn't get any warning for swearing. If I did, I wouldn't swear at all but people used to swear on this server and it was never penalised.

I don't swear outside the game as it's only in virtual world where I let my emotions loose.

Only once was I truly angry with a guy who was destroying our teamplay.

Another time I just mentioned campers who kept shooting us out and calling a no-name camper "an *******" was done in a funny way, such as "damn, you ******* ".

The third time I told some random guy to STFU to stop him from provoking an OcUK player with his childish abuse.

Never was I warned about it but that's not the point.

To be honest the chat log posted doesn't look that bad - unless you were coming out with comments like that a lot beforehand. That said, there were a few direct attacks on players that I would warn/kick for.

I can't say my behaviour on other people's servers is perfect but when I'm kicked I don't complain about it. If I've been out of line or on a mission to annoy someone that I perceive as having acted like an idiot then the kick is fair really.

filtering swear words is lame anyway, you can swear on the server but not at admins lol

They never said a word about swearing, it wasn't and isn't the point of this at all.

I agree, it's lame to swear filter the words in a game that resembles a modern combat where swearing is considered normal.

If the server is attended by kids, it should just be filtered though. If they don't, it's the server owners problem.

I don't call people what I called them for no reason, I explained it earlier and I think it's enough about it.

I don't complain about the ban (even though it was a little uncalled for) but about behaviour of the nM admins who list their server as "OcUK" and yet provoke OcUK players in a bad manner.

Changing the subject somewhat. Would anyone be interested in a SQDM server? Once I'm up and running on the internet again I'm tempted to get one.

Not trying to drag people away from Dg's server. I know several people (myself included) that mostly just play SQDM.

Funnily enough I hardly ever play on your server, only because there are some OcUkers who come there because you're supposed to be OcUK-friendly.

I have never been banned on any other server, only kicked a few times and only once it was because of unfair admins before.

And stop calling it "rant and rave", it wasn't and you're over-exaggerating.

Just like you did when people complained about server lagging badly in the past.

Nobody left because of my behaviour nor did anyone mention that they were unhappy with it.

Aye, it's the most intense and immersive BC2 mode but the team stacking often gets the worst out of it

It's especially evident when you join a server with one team full of inexperienced players and another full of level 50 clan mates.

A numbers and rank balancer would be a good thing to bring to BF3.

Only complaint was one game last night where one of the opposing team went behind our main base spawn point and killed everybody as they spawned and nothing was done about him.

Hardly fun when you die 3 times in a row within 2 seconds of appearing

But overall enjoyed it. Some good close games which could have gone either way.

Managed to get quite a few gold stars last night

A numbers and rank balancer would be a good thing to bring to BF3.

Rank balancing doesn't really mean much. It should simply be based on player scores (in that game).

Surely after the first time you know where the person is and can go and kill them?
