Sadly not, but, news of the beta is being held in a conference on this day and the beta's release date will be mentioned, people rumor of these dates :

3rd of August
10th of August
12th of August

So for the people that have seemed to wait a lifetime (including me) you shouldn't have to wait much longer.

Should be a game to keep me busy for a while

The title was meant that, on the 1st of august anything that you need to know about the beta will come out on the 1st or 2nd.

So people know that the beta is coming in the coming weeks
