Spec-me

Found a few better images online where I've been able to read what the blue header is and its a J1394 so IEEE 1394 which is Firewire so the red one is the only USB header (but is supports two ports) on the board.

Ah i see, haven't used the board myself so i just assumed, but glad its cleared up.

Bit pants the board only supports 2 ports.

One is a usb 3 on which I'm using. Ok I ran prime 95 and I'm getting around 70 degrees but when I feel my case it feels cool.

When I did the air was pretty cool. part of it was warm.

 It's sucking air in isn't it whilst the cpu cooler is pushing out so you're feeling a mixture

What about the fan at the front of the case ? It should be sucking air in and feel cold ?

Get a very thin strip of tissue and hold it against the fan to determine if's pulling or pushing air

kk,the tissue lifts up when I hold it aginst the fan at the back.

I don't know about the one at the front as there aren't any vents for it. I don't want to open the case up without my dads permission and if I asked he would probably say no.

How can I check the vcore?

It's at 1.344 when running prime.

Now it's at 1.352

Krugga told me to post that

Oh ok, so it is overclocked. Not that bad then. Try reduce Vcore, to 1.325V.

What's the Vram? Should be under 1.65V, ideally under 1.55V.

To change voltages and check on them (apart from CPU-Z), you'll have to go to the bios. Would be nice to know the Vdimm / Vram (whichever it's called), and reducing the Vcore a bit.

Oh I didn't know I overclocked it. must have been oc genie. My cousin pressed it Going to change bios to default brb.
