Yeah, be interested to see what they are like, probably trash for a couple of days I'm guessing, but if it sorts it long term, it's worth it!
 
okay its not possible to change servers yet :(

everyone is going to pile on west when they let you change so im going east once i get the option
 
Give it a few days before complaining about the queue, Just like when a new patch gets released everyone piles on the server to check it out. Just give it time to settle back into its normal user count and then see if it still has a queue or not.
 
Just in from work - 7 min login queue - win! (EU West btw)

Also they have said on the forums that while they populate the platforms there will be login queues initially.

Though if its 7 min login queues constantly, I can live with that! Unfortunatly we are heading out tonight so won't be able to take advantage of the IP boost for the first day! :(

Well actually, it was peak time. Considering they literally just activated the servers prior to your moaning are you surprised there's a queue? Any large number of concurrent log-ins is going to create problems, hence the queue to retain stability. I doubt you'll see queues at all after that original bout, *maybe* a 10-20min queue at peak times (ie. 5-8pm).

I don't think anyone can argue that this isn't going to improve performance.

Had one of the most fun games last night but also the most deaths I've ever had.

We won but I don't know how! I was playing Singed here are some reasons I don't know how we won.
Whole team had a negative K/D
Between me and my brother we had died 14 times to Xin Zhao and WW within 15 mins.
I was tanking and would say "I'll tank this turret" ping it, start running there as the turret would start hitting me they would all run away.
The enemy team were all fed, all had epic items compared to us.

That is about it, no clue how we won, was a lot of fun, had a lot of arguing going on with my team, I'd fight 3 people from full HP get them to sub 50% before our Irelia would help...

About 300IP from that game :D Lots of fun but 20 deaths!
