purchased a phone from the bay and got it yesterday.

just looking through the phone and he had left some photo's on there.

the one in question was of his erect man hood

he got a rather nasty e-mail sent to him last night but no reply as of yet.

made me chuckle how people forget what they have got on there phones sometimes.

just thought i would share my shocking discovery :)

Why would you bother sending a nasty email?

What do you honesty expect from a second hand phone?

Just delete it and move on with your life.

i have deleted it by the way.

i still want the phone and no compensation.

just thought i would share, thats all:)

1.the phone could be for my daughter and i wouldn't want her to see something like that.

2.i expect people to take more care when they sell 2nd hand phones to clear everything from it.

3.i have deleted it and it never interfered with my life so i dont have to move on!

4.how would you like it if your daughter got the phone and saw it ?

My missus got a phone off the bay and it had all sorts of funny messages on it. Including one that was along the lines of 'Hey, just been to the doctors. You might want to get yourself checked'

I'm going to take a picture of my penis and leave it on my old phone and sell the phone. My old chap is quite distinctive. Maybe they'll get the police involved and we can have an identity parade. That would be AWESOME!

To be fair, it could have been bought for a kiddie, and besides, nobody wants to see that stuff! Surely it's reasonable to explect any vendor to check their own products for errant erect phalluses! ;)

Surely if you're buying it for a kiddy the onus should be on you to check the phone as well before you give it to them.

No. Checking it yourself would be a responsible thing to do (something I would do myself), but the onus is on the vendor - especially when it comes to something explicit that the vendor put on there himself.

Personally, it wouldn't bother me - I'm just saying that the seller's at fault, clearly.
