Gaga hides it better than Winehouse, she's not playing up to it and has far better PR staff than Winehouse ever did to help keep it fairly low key in comparison.

I have gotten the impression that she is not like her image at all, and that she plays up to it a bit in order to get more attention. I imagine she is actually quite a clever person who carefully cultivates her media image in order to generate publicity and controversy.

Most, if not all people, have wished death upon others at some point.

I've never wished death on anybody, even the likes of Ian Huntley, I prefer they be knee capped or hit with a keyboard all over so they're in a lot of pain forever.

None of us have been on crack cocaine. It's pretty obvious though that once it gets a hold, it is extremely difficult to give it up, so those saying she had a choice, well, that is debatable. I'm sure it's a LOT more difficult than quitting cigarettes or alcohol. That waste of space husband of hers, Blake, if it weren't for him she'd probably be alive still. On the other hand, if it weren't for the drugs, she may not have had the same success.
