If you leave the bottom of the onion on while you cut it it doesn't hurt your eyes.
Cutting onions is just about the only thing I do well in the kitchen
or.... you could just use a JML Nicer Dicer
ITV player is lame. 6 adverts and I don't know if I'm actually at 28 minutes yet...nope was only at 13 mins DOH!

You can't put something on the menu if you don't have it!
Trouble is, I submitted a menu, then they changed the name of each course. I didn't notice the word 'tapas' in the starter until the day of filming; it was never meant to be tapas. This is why I said at one point "I can't remember the name of the dessert", because they had changed the name.

I usually wear nice skiing goggles when chopping onion. I mentioned this to the camera guy and he insisted I wore them, those were the only ones I could find at the time
