Call of duty 4: Will this run at 250FPS constant?

Why is 250fps important? Beyond 80 or so you don't notice any difference whatsoever. Perhaps even lower

in some cod games higher fps you have you can jump higher and run faster and fire rate becomes faster , but i think it is limited in newer version of cod limiting fps to like 90 or so.

would depend on the server and how many people were on it.
when i used to play rtcw some servers would kick if you raised your fps over 125

Not really, Its keeping up with the other gamers, Say everyone in my team and the other were getting 250FPS Constant, And I was getting 60FPS. They would be able to reach different places of the maps I wouldnt and their guns would be superior to mine (Even if they're the same weapon).

When I play cod4 I get 250 constant with most stuff set to low, off and textures set to max. That's at 1920x1200, so yes if you use similar settings you will get 250 constant.

Yes, I think that's what most do, or just play back the demo with a movie config and fraps it.

if you dont know why dont say its lame its as common in cod comp scene as normal is on pubs.

it is not a cheat and it just helps run the game at optimum .

why you think fps games are called this

Exactly, its cheating. Well technically its exploiting but people who are prepared to do 1 exploit like that rarely know where to stop... next its scripting and before you know it they're using wallhack to try them out

Its pathetic the depths some people stoop to in order to get an advantage.
