You can always swap out the RAM for 8Gb of insanely priced:
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C10 1600MHz

those rigs are sweet but i have no idea how to clock a cpu :(, thats the main reason i went for a bundle, and i looked at gfx card but the nvidia one i picked seemed better am i completely wrong?

Overclocking is very easy on these new boards / cpus.
Most come with software which can do it simply by clicking "overclock to X.XGhz"
But there are also guides on here to help you. Plus its good to learn :)

Yes the 580 is better than the 570. £110 better? I'd say not.
Was resolution do you have your screens @? Not many games support dual screen gaming. I know a couple like supreme commander does. But a 570 would kick that games ***.

There is a 3rd scenario to the other builds. By getting a cheaper case and cooler, you could get an SSD added.
Just to make your decision harder :D

There are many sites on how to overclock your cpu including this one, im sure the guys here will help you if run into problems. MSI motherboards will overclock for you, with one simple push of a button. If you can build a pc, overclocking a k series cpu will be childs play.

gahhh so many decisions to make :( nothings ever simple, my main screen the res is 1920 by 1080 and the other is 1600 by 900, to be honest most games i play seem to handle the dual system fine, just can't use the second screen which only seems to have face book up anyway lol, to be honest i want a system that can demolish skyrim and other such high demanding games, but will last me a few years still, btw thanks for the advice you guys are giving it's great :D

Either of those in post#2 will be great.

With the first spec getting my seal of approval:)

Its the case that swung it for me:)

Look what I did earlier - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18304178 - i should be on commission.

to be honest the fact your not a don yet is quite surprising with the amount you help around here.

and that raven case would swing any build for me

*edit*
did you mean post #4 earlier, because i would probably go with that myself, except with the OCZ 850W 80+ gold PSU for about £8 extra

a thing of beuaty like that would be wasted on my set up :( plus it's a lil out of my price range, sorry, ive swapped out the psu for the antec and the hard drive for the samsung one, should i also down grade to the 570? or have i completely missed what everyone has been telling me?

my total budget is around 1000 and this is just over, which i don't mind to much.

Thats what I thought, the spec R088ieS86 posted is £1022.

So I dont understand why hes saying its out of his price range, swapping to a GTX570, when thats whats already in it.
